Wow, just wow. So can the victims of Waco, Ruby Ridge, or countless other victims of unconstitutional government force sue as well?

What about people who lost their retirement due to the Chrysler takeover?

Well, I'd say the judge failed miserably.

“This lawsuit poses the question addressed by our founding fathers about how to strike the proper balance of fighting a war against terror, at home and abroad, and fighting a war using tactics of terror.”

Wake up, judge, and smell the green tea.
The Founding Fathers had no clue about
this war on terror conducted by savage
animals bent on destroying our whole
country.

They had Indian raids did they not? And the Indians often used terrorism: surprise attacks (when the colonists thought they had a peaceful arrangement,) targeting civilians, and atrocities as psychological warfare.

A district judge screws a federal judge.

Does this happen often?

The Founding Fathers had no clue about this war on terror conducted by savage animals bent on destroying our whole country.

The current war, no.

They were however very familiar with the butchery, torture and brutality visited upon colonials during the French and Indian War. Waterboarding ain't torture, nor cruel or unusual.

How about people suing lower court judges for legal fees and other abuses due to their legal incompetence after being overruled by higher courts?

Gold point. I look forward to the day the Supreme Court debates whether lawyers and judges can be sued over their legal opinions. It would open the greatest can of worms ever seen.
