David Letterman not expected to respond to Sarah Palin on tonight's show

CBS has no official response to Palin, but a source inside the network forwarded EW this ABCnews.com article from last fall, cataloging various jokes many other late-night hosts made at the expense of Palin's daughter during the course of presidential campaign. (The implication: Letterman's joshing is nothing new—and Palin's anti-Letterman press blitz feels oddly behind-the times.) For her part, Palin is getting new support from a fellow Republican: New York State Assembly Minority Leader Brian Kolb today demanded that CBS fire Letterman for his comments, reports Fox News.

This whole fiasco was an opportunity that the gop once again muffed bigtime. It was a clear and compelling illustration of the hypocrisy of the liberal rats and the hostility that lurks in their hearts generally. Treating it as a one-off incident wasted that object lesson that could have been made even to the dull witted members of the public.
But I guess since they never fought against BDS they couldn't be expected to see anything wrong with Letterman's obscene excuse for a sense of humor..

Oh how they hate her.
Most people know exactly why the MSM and left are going after Sarah...and both sides understand it. It is overreach by the left, the MSM, and the RINOs because most Americans are decenct (outside the beltway and many of the urban area leftist enclaves) and will respond accordingly.
As a result, the more the MSM, the DNC, the leftists, liberals, and the RINOs go after her, the more respected and better positioned she will be to help us take back our country in 2010 and 2012.
