Oh, for God’s sake. I am so sick of these elites who couldn’t think their way out of a paper bag.
Good grief! No doubt she was behind the Harriet Myers fiasco.
My low esteem for pro-abort Laura just went lower.
Laura, dear, Obama has plenty of cheerleaders in Big Media. He really doesn’t need you too.
I generally like Laura: she’s a classy lady and I’m very much missing that in today’s White House. However, it is time for the Bush’s to go away. They made some good solid contributions, but they also helped diminish the GOP. Just go and enjoy a quiet retirement — let Cheney do the talking now, OK?
The more she opens her mouth the more she should keep it closed.
And George was a screw also.
She is just being gracious.
Laura is being polite, as she always has been.
Not a big deal imo.
Every time a Bush says or does something stupid, it’s a sign of class.
“I think she sounds like a winner and a good nominee...”
“...we need a racist on the Supreme Court as well as in the White House. It’s only fair. George! I said two olives in my martini damn it!”
You can bet CNN, MSDNC, Chuckie Schumer, et alwill be using this soundbite to marginalize those that opppose her.
I respect W and Laura but they are squishy get-alongers. They are the antithesis to the Cheneys.
Sounds like the “Meghan McCain Wing” of the GOP is growing.
sometimes ppl here forget why we hate bush and mccain. These folks NEVER fight BACK and always say nice thing about their political enemies just as they backstab them
Laura Bush is a great lady. She needs to stay away from opining on SCOTUS appointments though.
The Bush Dynasty needs to take its place on the ash heap of history.
My plethora of rich cultural experiences as a middle class white guy say otherwise.
NEVER give the enemy ammunition to use against you!
