“I thought Gore went to get them out...”
Maybe, he will be a real man and offer himself in their places, like that captain did for his crew.
Nawwwww....Gore isn’t a human being....much less a man.

How did America get so dumb and weak? Thank goodness Im not the POTUS, because it would be so simple to send the North Koreans a message and ask them why they are trying to start a war with the US knowing they cant win!! It would be a disaster for them!! I know the answer, and his last name starts with an O!!

"Hes done more damage to America in 18 weeks than Jimmy Carter did in 4 years." It's no coincidence that violence has been on the uptick in Iraq. Of course, unless you read the back pages of most papers, you'd never know it because it's not reported.
Since Obama changed the DOD policy on photographing coffins, have you seen just one picture of a coffin?

North Korean labor camps are hell.... Prayers for the two women.
The only good thing that may come out of this is that those journalists MAY become hardcore conservatives after experiencing a government ran amok.

>Wow. Concerned.<
.
No, she was not concerned, she was incredibly concerned — which is proof of her caring personality.

Yeah poor women - working for Al Gore must really suck plus journalism is not looking like a good career choice with newspapers dropping like flies.
Don’t worry. They will get released as soon as Al Gore ponies up about $10 million bucks. He has it. He is stealing from you and me with his global warming scam.
To: doug from upland
That’s OK. All Obama has to do is TALK to the North Koreans, and everything will be OK. The journalists will be released....won’t they?

American journalists will continue to pimp for 0bama. They love him, and reality will not affect their reporting.

Honestly, though, what the heck were Americans doing over in NK for ANY reason?
Did they really think that they were safe or somehow protected just because they were what they considered impartial journalists?
Well, the impression has been given by the media that we have no real enemies, that everyone is beautiful (Kumbaya!), and our benevolent leader Barack will heal the planet and eradicate all bad feelings.
These poor women were probably oblivious to the real dangers facing them. Sadly, they now know better.

It should be
Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton said Friday she was incredibly concerned about the plight of the two women. In working for their release, Clinton said she has spoken with foreign officials with influence in North Korea and explored the possibility of sending an envoy a convoy to the North, but suggested that no one would be sent during the trial.
To: Fee
These two women reporters got to be dumb as crap to even pull a stunt like that. Maybe in the US one can trespass to get a story, but this is North Korea they are dealing with.
Well, you know these liberal types. The laws and rules aren't for them. And they love socialism/communism. Kinda ironic, isn't it?

This one is gonna be a tough nut to crack.
They entered a country without it’s permission, in order to obtain information that the government would rather not reveal.
Call it journalism all you want, it’s very possible by international law itself this is espionage.
