He's making the possibility that he may yet evolve into the biblical anti-Christ seem far less ridiculous than when some first made that claim.

I used to scoff, then I began to joke about it nervously, and now I'm really thinking there's something to that claim!

Keep your eye on the URI (United Religions Initiative). Bambi is probably not going to become (or go back to being) a Muslim, but instead wants to start a whole new syncretist cult, which of course is exactly what any good anti-Christ would do. The URI was heavily sponsored by leftists in the Episcopal Church and the World Council of Churches (I know a wealthy Episcopalian on the West Coast who is constantly being stalked by its fundraisers in her wealthy, liberal Episcopal church). It came out of the same movement that resulted in the foundation of the UN, and has been around for a long time, but just recently seems to have revived and gotten a real bounce.

I don't know if Bambi has any formal connection with it, but it wouldn't surprise me.
