Barry treats the office he currently holds as a kingship, not the presidency of a republic.
He reminds me of the junior high student responding to the insipid question, “What would you do if you were president/governor/mayor?” The question is always asked as if holding one of those positions gives that person unlimited power to do whatever they wanted. At one time most people recognized that it was just a fantasy sort of question. The fanciful response would assume that one would have totalitarian power even though the reality is different. Unfortunately, a lot of the populace believes that being mayor/governor/president does entitle the beholder to a dictatorial power and Obama and his honey seem to believe that as well. There is always something just so very unsophisticated about Obama and his thoughts. He seems to always think like a fourteen year old....and not a very precocious one at that.
