Please Remember May 31, 2009 is the last day for pre-registration advance confirmation of your attendance at our DC Tea Party Convention.
Right now, I have close to 400 people who plan on attending BUT in order to reserve our place at a conference venue, we need to have an accurate measure of those who will be joining us.
PLEASE FREEMAIL BRYTANI If you will be attending and how many rooms you would need and the number in your party.
THIS IS NOT A CUT OFF ON CONVENTION ATTENDANCE. This is so we can receive an accurate quote from the hotel and reserve a block of rooms sufficient to meet our needs.

Freepers came through to meet our 100 room count for getting a good group deal. Now more folks are also committing to booking a room as soon as the hotel is chosen.
So numbers are increasing from 100!
Hope everyone also remembers that we NEED TO KNOW how many in their party will be attending the Freeper Convention Events/Banquet. Even those who may have booked a room elsewhere or staying with friends need to let us know if they will attend the Convention banquet. :)

I attended two other Freeper functions in DC several years ago - March for Justice in ‘98, and the Impeachment Dinner, as well. I was looking forward to another gathering, but sadly - am unable to go this time around.

So sorry you can't come to DC. A few Florida Freepers who attended those events you mentioned can not commit to this convention either at this time. We so hope that things might work out that by August they find that they can make it after all! You included! Jean

FREEPERS CAN STILL JOIN US IN DC! Just let Brytani know through FREEPMAIL if you plan on booking at the Freeper Convention hotel as soon as it is chosen. Also let Brytani know if you are attending the Convention Events/Banquet.
We certainly can have more FReepers join us. It was important to get to the 100 room number commitment by the 31st deadline in order to have leverage with the hotels to get the best deal. We met that goal, but MORE FREEPERS CAN STILL JOIN US AND BOOK at the hotel that is chosen.
As soon as the hotel is finalized, the information on how to register will be posted along with information about the hotel.
It is also important that those who have booked a room elsewhere to let Brytani know through FREEPMAIL how many in your party are planning to attend the Freeper Convention Events/Banquet. That number is necessary to know the size banquet hall that will be needed for our Convention./Banquet :)

I have emailed Hannity, Beck, OReilly and Limbaugh asking if any of them would be there (thinks Beck prob will in a heartbeat) and asking if they would talk about it on their shows.

It would be fine for folks to email talk show hosts to encourage them to cover the Tea Party events that will be taking place in Washington,DC from 9/10-9/14. We want the American public to wake up and realize we fellow patriots are taking action to preserve our Constitution and our freedoms!

Hi Concretebob! Realized I missed answering your offer! You sure have a deal as I love exchanging home made goodies and recipies! Bet your BBQ sauce is a great one!
I will be bringing jars of my Hot Pepper Jelly for Credo2, SC SwampFox, and Ricebug. They were the winners of my earlier challenge.
I will also bring some extra jars, and may be able to put some out with crackers for folks to try at our Friday evening event along with the other snacks and finger foods. That way, if Credo2, Ricebug and SC SwampFox decide they don't care for it they can give their jar away to a Freeper friend who really likes “hot stuff”. :)
