WICHITA, Kan. (AP) - Media outlets are reporting that late-term abortion doctor George Tiller has been shot and killed at his church in Wichita, Kan.
Anonymous police sources told The Wichita Eagle other media that the 67-year-old doctor was killed Sunday morning at Reformation Lutheran Church.
Police spokesman Gordon Bassham would not confirm the victim's identity pending notification of relatives but said a 67-year-old "high-profile individual in the community" was shot and killed.
Tiller has been among the few U.S. physicians performing late-term abortions. His clinic has repeatedly been the site of protests for about two decades and he was shot and wounded by a protester in 1993.

Sadly, this is not suprising, considering this is a repeat of history when in the years leading up to the Civil War, there was also the violence that was associated with the efforts to end slavery.
The pro-life movement isn't damaged by his death.
It was the actions of the aboritonist Tiller that ultimately led to his death.

Whoever killed this doctor did the wrong thing here. We are supposed to let God judge him.

Yes, shame there weren’t men like Obama around then that could have helped us find the “middle ground” on slavery. Maybe tax breaks to let the slaves get educated. Limits on the number of new slaves that can be brought to America.
Tax credits for actually freeing a slave. Maybe a slave lottery where once a month a slave drawn at random gets freed. Obama would have sought this middle ground........

At least wait to find out if the person who shot him was not angry about some failed business deal or jilted lover or etc. before you assume it was about abortion.
There is no way to tell how many skeletons (literal and figurative) a fellow like that has in his closet.

This is bad. The Clinton presidency was on the road to utter failure when
the Oklahoma City bombing occurred. He used that event to regain
his footing. For sure, this will be used against pro-life people.
OK FOLKS...it is now time to come together on the “right”. As much as I do not like it when someone is killed, Tillers death is not what I am addressing here. The left will use this against the right (we are bad, terrorist, extremist, etc.). Our job is not to play defense, it is to NOT ALLOW them to box us in to begin with. You know they will try to lump us all together with the shooter. Be vigilant. Do not allow them to categorize us as one in the same!!! You now know how the game will be played, stand firm.

It is a fearful thing to fall into the hands of the living God.
To think that Doctor Tiller spent his short time here on earth as a paid assassin and now faces eternity having never come to Christ. What a horrible, horrible waste.
I guess when God told us to seek Him while He may be found He wasn't joking.
