With a long-promised address to the Muslim world next week, the White House says, President Barack Obama plans to underscore the "mutual interests and mutual respect'' that the United States and Muslim communities around the world have.
Obama will stand before an audience Thursday at Cairo University, at an event cohosted by Al-Azhar University for his televised address, and also visit a mosque while he is in Cairo.

I believe in mutual respect. I will give them as much respect as they give me.

Muslims have no common interests with the United States - their interest is in establishing Islam and Sharia law worldwide. They are essentially inimical to what is left of Western Civilization.

Nobody respects Obummer.
Nobody.
Look at how emboldened the Koreans and Iranians are.
W is out of office for just over 100 days and already those monkeys are flinging poop all over Obummer.

Can’t think of anything we have in common.

Gee isn't it nice that the MARXIST DEAR LEADER can find the time to visit a mosque while in Turkey and will visit a mosque in Egypt, but somehow cannot find the time to attend a Church service while living in D.C.?
He may not be a Muslim, but he sure ain't no Christian!!!

He needs to tell that to Osama. Muslims don’t respect anyone else, unless there is a knife at their throat.

Could it be true? Is he really only going to speak for 5 seconds?

I agree. Where’s the mutual respect on their part? There’s precious little even from the “moderate” Muslims.

Respect is earned. They have earned the lack of respect with which they are held through Centuries of agression and abuse. It is not like they are an unknown quantity after all tha time1300. We know them, and we know that they deserve only our disdain.

visit a mosque while he is in Cairo... 0' is mostly looking forward to this part of the trip. The songs played inside are the most beautiful he has ever heard.

Pretty brave of “Hussein the Apostate” to waltz into the Muslim tent expecting a calm and appreciative response. I hope his men will be on guard for any grassy knolls at U of C? Or children wearing “lumpy” clothing? Or “pregnant” burka-wearing women? Or masses of hot-headed jihadi students? I don’t envy him on this trip, simply because of the choice of location.
