America’s 1st Freedom June 2009 Magazine has called the Democrats onto the carpet.
And it isn’t pretty.
Marshall Lewin in an article titled:”Showing their True Colors”, lays it all on the line. In his article he describes a ruthless calculation, Democrat leaders in the White House and in Congress are waiting for people to die. That’s right. They are waiting until there is some national level tragedy, the loss of life involving firearms, to introduce and then pass legislation banning guns.

This is something proactive, and should be sent to Congresscritters who may have the B*lls to stand up and do it...get it on record, get them to stand together on it and do it EVERY TIME something happens.

I have no doubt The Marxist Onada yearns to ban guns altogether. There may even be an Executive Order already written doing just that.
One would hope that at least one of these leftist nuts has sufficient critical thinking ability left to realize this will lead to armed insurrection. In any case, there is the enforcement problem. What are they gonna do to millions of gun owners who refuse to comply? There is not one enforcement option that will not lead to armed insurrection. Jail, fines, reeducation camps? I don’t think so. That road only leads to armed insurrection.
I can just picture police departments, who won’t lay a glove on illegals, going after their own gun-owning tax payers. Elements in some Blue State NGs might be persuaded to participate in the disarming of their neighbors, but I doubt it. Afterall, they must live in these communities. The US military is forbidden to be policemen in America by law. With some in the military not even acknowledging The Dear Leader as their C-in-C (sans proof of place of birth), that could also prove to be hot button for The Marxist Onada.
IMHO, the Dear Leader’s goal right now is to push as hard as he can toward socialism WITHOUT coalescing an opposition. Banning guns is precisely the issue that would do it.
Surely, even these idiots realize there is purpose behind the surge in gun and ammo buying since Onada usurped the presidency.

Funny how you never seem to read any stories about Pentagon studies of Martial Law scenarios. Obviously, they've been done. It's a certainty that our gov't has studied various hypothetical scenarios of rebellion over and over again.
It's my bet that every administration that has studied this has come away realizing what every one before them has, since at least the time of Lincoln. No matter which way you play it, the gov't loses every time.
It's my fervent hope that the tea parties on July 4th will be the catalyst for an historic patriotic protest on Capitol Hill on 12 September 09. On that day, I want to see The People take back their government, and run the Socialist traitors out of Washington.
Anger and rage = willingness to fight back.
Numbness and acceptance = surrender.

You didn't read thoroughly. I wrote that there would be no need for shooting, and no armed troops would be provoking an armed rebellion. People will give up their guns, on request, mostly; a few will need to be pressured by tax audits and other clever things the govt can do to you without drawing blood. After they're done having fun, holding onto your firearms is the least of your problems. Imagine holding onto your family, your job, your pension, your driver's license, your house, your freedom. Imagine trying to figure out how you're going to pay all those lawyers. Imagine false charges of various nasty crimes, conviction for which entails the loss of reputation, liberty, voting rights, driving privileges --- and firearms.
I could go on. You folks really have no clue at all. I'm sorry, but you really don't.
You still imagine that heavy-handed moves by the government against individual citizens would go un-answered by the broad public. You forget that every person has an innate instinct for self (and group) preservation.
As long as a person can reasonably fight back when cornered, they’ll do so. It’s the law of the jungle.
The only way for things to play out as you’re postulating, is for the government to gradually, and ever so gently ease 200 million guns out of the hands of its citizens. It just ain’t gonna happen.
You have to stop looking at this from your personal view of how you’d react to wholesale gov’t gestapo tactics. Maybe you’d roll over, or run and hide. Most won’t. They’ll stand and fight.

I’m a scrapper, always have been.

And Americans do nothing.
A blatant anti-American, anti-white, hard-left candidate runs for office.
And Americans vote him into office with the help of approximately 20% of “conservatives/republicans” because he is “cool” and black.
Same man fires a CEO, nationalizes banks, targets individual PRIVATE citizens for intimidation...
And Americans do nothing.
Same man shackles with debt/high taxes/lower standard of living the current collection of half-dead Americans, and their offspring for at least 2 or 3 generations, with the largest gov’t spending bill in human history.
Americans!? (sound of crickets and the sound of a “Tea Party” way off in the background)
Same man gives a group called ACORN millions of YOUR tax dollars. Conservatives/Republicans values are diametrically opposed to ACORN yet they are forced to fund their activism/lobbying/agenda.

ACORN ends up with a part to play in the Census, affecting huge amounts of tax dollars, political power/positioning and support of the governments racist policies against whites.
