Bush and his wife, Barbara Bush, walk across the hanger bay of the aircraft carrier Pre-commissioning Unit George H.W. Bush (CVN 77) at Naval Station Norfolk. Bush, the ship's namesake, is aboard to participate in the ribbon cutting ceremony for the official opening of the George H.W. Bush Tribute Room aboard the carrier. George H.W. A good day. Work was steady but nicely paced, went to a “Hail and Farewell” for one of the crew, some sprinkles off-n-on (just enough to mess up the Windshield) and talked to DC on the phone (she called me) just because. Good Day.
