We've had a dozen National Weather Service Emergency Broadcast warnings for our county since 8pm for severe thunderstorms/60mph winds ... but not where we're at in the County. No wind, no rain for us ... it was 100 again today, but now it's "cooled down" to 90 at 9:35pm.
I got my hair trimmed today, went for a massage, did grocery shopping AND spent time in the pool today! (And watered plants, too!) Tomorrow I need to feed the birds (fill feeders) and harvest more tomatoes. NOTE TO SELF: Next year, don't plant 24 tomato bushes!

Are you leaving anonymous packages of tomatoes on all the neighbors doorsteps?

Sorry for the delay ... the thunderstorm arrived HERE rather unexpectedly. I can see the mess in my yard out the window --- branches and an umbrella in the pool, a broken table, broken pots, broken windchimes ... and it's STILL gusting out there! (Thunder, lightning, hail and 60 mph wind gusts!) The cats are all scared, with poofy tails.
So far, all tomato presents have been "in the open" ... but I expect that I will soon be leaving anonymous presents!
