They never produced the document. The produced an image purporting to be a certification of live birth, which appears to many to not even be a real document, just a purely electronic forgery. Later they printed it and took some really bad photos of the printout.

Hawaii has never confirmed that the purported Obama Certification of Live birth (COLB) as genuine. Hawaii has only stated that they have documentation on file about Obama's birth.

As I have already said, they cannot ignore this issue forever. The only evidence out is that Obama was born in Kenya. Thus, he is not a natural born American citizen and is ineligible to serve as President.

There are actually 3 lies in Gibbels statement:

1. The State of Hawaii has never provided a copy of Obama's birth certificate -- with or without a state seal -- never.

2. The State of Hawaii has never certified Obama was born in Hawaii -- never.

3. There is no Obama birth certificate on the Internet -- none.

Now you know why I refer to Gibbs as Gibbels.  He's a lying propagandist.
