PLEASE EVERYONE! Make sure you have let Brytani know by FREEPMAIL that you are coming! She must have your Freepmail message as she could miss reading your intentions here on the thread. Brytani and I are sharing answering comments, questions and pings on this thread, but Brytani must have the information on numbers of folks coming by FREEPMAIL.
When you FREEPMAIL Brytani that you are coming, please give her the following information.
1. A “YES” that you are coming and want to get in on the group rate at the hotel that is chosen.
2. How many rooms you plan to reserve when the registration time begins, and number in your party.
3. How many people in your party will be attending the Free Republic Convention events.
IF YOU HAVE ALREADY MADE YOUR HOTEL RESERVATION IN DC: PLEASE FREEPMAIL Brytani and tell her you have your hotel room and are coming to the Free Republic Convention events.

There will be many events planned by various groups for 9/11 so there will be many to choose from to attend.
Free Republic is also planning an event for 9/11/09 that we are sure Freepers will want to take part in. More detailed information on events will come later. :)

The Freeper Convention events are open to Freepers and their families. Also being part of the group rate for the hotel that is chosen is open to Freepers and those coming in the Tea Party Express Tour with JimRob.
There will be many events planned by various groups who have permits all over Washington. Freepers will have the choice to attend any events, just like anyone else who comes to DC.
It is our Free Republic Convention Events that will be open to the members of Free Republic and their families.

Right now, it is IMPORTANT that Freepers make their plans known to Brytani by FREEPMAIL! Deadline is tomorrow for letting Brytani know if you want to be in on the group rate for the hotel that is chosen for the Freeper Convention.
Freepers also need to let Brytani know by FREEPMAIL if they have already made their reservations but PLAN TO attend the Freeper Convention.

I made MY daughter get married on Aug 29th - in Texas... LOL! (not really - she picked the date) We be traveling lots from Aug 21 to Sept 13!

Be in D.C. on Friday, September 11, 2009 to greet Congress when they Return from Summer Break. We will use “Push Back Until” Strategy A. Then stick around for the 912Project.com event on Saturday, September 12.

The open for Free Republic and FRiends/Family is for OUR convention. The National Tea Party Rally is open to all people and being co-sponsored by many groups, Free Republic included.
We made it a convention to gather Freepers to attend the event.
