Is a new Mika Brzezinski emerging: a more fair-n-balanced one? Signs point to yes.
Yesterday on Morning Joe, as noted here, Joe Scarborough described the members of the White House press corps as being in love with Pres. Obama to the extent that at the big dinner this past Saturday night that PBO attended, they were like a bunch of teenage girls waiting for a Bay City Rollers concert, waiting to scream at the top of their [lungs].
Not merely did Mika agree, she added another tasty morsel to the stew, revealing that behind the scenes, the TV production crewbig Obama fans tooscrambled to show the most flattering shots of the prez and First Lady.
This morning, Mika was back on her bias-busting beat, accusing a leading inside-the-Beltway MSMer of Obama-love.

Mika zings Mike Allen for Obama-love ping to Today show list.
It’s a media Obasm.
Mika is more conservative than Joe.
“It’s a media Obasm.....”
by a multi-Obasmic media.
IMHO
She’s not very bright (her debating skills appear to consist of saying, “Oh, stop!” and “Be nice,” or “You’re being silly”) but on this, at least, she appears to have been persuaded.
Why Hugh Hewitt has Mike Allen on every week is BEYOND me! He is sooooooo damn BIASED.
Mika is more 'moral' than Joe, but I use that term loosely here. 'Polite' might be more fitting because she didn't care for the Rush dig from Sykes, or any 'joke' about 9/11 and she pooh poohs much of any 'off color' comments by Joe, Barnicle or Willie's 'News you can't use'.
But there's another side of her 'morality' - a righteousness that goes toward fascism of controlling what people eat, ingest, use - in pesticides, etc. that would 'harm the environment or animals' and she makes no bones about making that mandatory. With regards to this stuff she's like any other liberal - she "knows what's best for you and it's for your own good" and will trample your rights to prove it - in fact, she has no concept of 'rights'. Joe has a semblance of 'rights', but he also compromises them for his own ideas of "conservatism".
I find that Allen, like many MSMers, shades his comments to the surroundings. When he’s on with Hugh, he’s more Republican-friendly. On MSNBC, he lets his liberal colors show more freely.
Why don’t you just say you love him..hahaha I bet he would have Obamas baby!
Yes....but Hugh should be smart enough and aware enough of Mike Allen’s duplicity to call him on stuff.

I did not watch the dinner coverage, but I must assume that whichever members of the crew were charged with showing flattering shots of Michelle really had their work cut out for them. Meeeowww!
My experience with lib's -- when they are called on their stuff they either disappear or drop all dialog, or they begin Bush bashing, i.e., switching from principles to personalities. Either way, Hewitt is trying to maintain discourse w/lefties which is very hard to do.
Really. I didn't know him but he's the 'deer in the headlights' on a Morning Joe segment that really sucks. Their attempt to 'connect with the blogesphere'. That's all. Nothing more.
Who is Mike Allen?
^^
I hear you. I have heard of Joe Scarborough, but I have no idea of who the other 2 media people are.
I did catch that little barb from Mika. She should know. She's one of the N.Y. and beltway insiders.
Looks like FReepers make up the bulk of the audience for this asinine program. Who would have thunk it? LOL!
And they whirled and they twirled and they tangoed
Singin and jingin the jango
Floatin like the heavens above
It looks like muskrat Obama love
Mike Allen is the chief political correspondent for Politico. He comes to us from Time magazine where he was their White House correspondent. Prior to that, Allen spent six years at The Washington Post, where he covered President Bush’s first term, Capitol Hill, campaign finance, and the Bush, Gore and Bradley campaigns of 2000. Before turning to national politics,
