Walter Reed - Week 212, May 8, 2009, Standing Tall
A pleasant evening with the rain holding off. We were on all 4 corners at Walter Reed’s front gate, with the moonbats 50 yards down Georgia Ave.
Many honks and waves tonight, and soldiers walking in and out of the front gate kept us busy all night.
Three large Medical ambulances arrived with sirens and lights blazing. Our prayers are with the wounded warriors and their families.
VictoryNY always makes a point to talk with the soldiers such as Rod, a wounded warrior, and his wife, Stephanie. They are from Kansas and told Victory NY that the support (from all groups, both inside and outside of the hospital) for the soldiers at Walter Reed is unparalleled.
Moonbat News: Eight moonbats were down the block tonight, looking lost.
The big bus and little bus (for disabled veterans) both carrying wounded warriors and their families returned from their Friday night dinner around 9:30pm.

The Letter:
A Walter Reed official responded positively by placing the DC Chapter’s collage prominently in the Mail Room at Walter Reed. The collage displays the many signs and messages we hold each Friday evening.
