1. Stall for time, delay after delay.
2. Argue for juridiction

What is interesting as well that he could always redact any embarassing information other than the noted place of birth if he is qualified.
But, what would that look like I wonder? And if he was born in Hawaii (something I personally doubt) what would be redacted?

First the story is from WND, which is slightly more believable than DEBKA. But something IS going on. As the story says one five minute phone call can end this controversy. Instead, first Obama’s campaign, and now the Solicitor general’s office are spending millions in defense. Why??
