I do understand that Federal judges are appointed for life and that there is an impeachment process that must be adhered to before one is removed. For now, it would be difficult to remove any given judge. In the future, it’ll be the proverbial mere formality.

I had Freepmailed this earlier but it was in a long document and this is a much shorter document based upon rules passed in 2006 by the Federal government which are required documents which must be shown before a person can receive medicaid. So do I but the state of ID doesn’t find my ID acceptable, at least after two days of looking at them, and a director of the Dept of Health and Welfare declaring that the holder of a K-1 Visa is only allowed into the U.S. for a period of 90 days to marry a U.S. citizen. So nice to know he can use google and copy the info from the second result he found there word for word, instead of actually using his head for something besides a hat rack!(sarcasm fully intended!)

This asking for a second extension of time is nothing unusual in any litigation. The question becomes, how long do the defendants wish to stall? Are they thinking of stalling out the case until Obama's term expires and the case becomes moot?

The waiting may have something to do with the current outbreak of Maxiflu. Obama may be stalling in the hopes that the US is hit so hard by this new flu virus that Obama "has no choice: but to declare martial law.

These stories seem to arise every few years complete with pictures. There was Truther site that showed all the Bush coffins “proving” foreknowledge of the 911 attack. The problem was that the pictures were of a casket liner factory that was in the little town where I grew up and the stockpile was inventory. Also the pictures were quite a few years old (from the Carter / Ford years)

What flu epidemic?

The numbers don't add up, Swine flu became the Mexican flu which in turn became H-1/ N-1 flu which isn't related to Swine flu at all.

The hype about the "flu" is fast becoming ridiculous.
