I had Freepmailed this earlier but it was in a long document and this is a much shorter document based upon rules passed in 2006 by the Federal government which are required documents which must be shown before a person can receive medicaid. If you go down the list Pres__ent Jr cannot even produce the majority of them!!!!!!!!!!
