This asking for a second extension of time is nothing unusual in any litigation. The question becomes, how long do the defendants wish to stall? Are they thinking of stalling out the case until Obama's term expires and the case becomes moot?

The waiting may have something to do with the current outbreak of Maxiflu. Obama may be stalling in the hopes that the US is hit so hard by this new flu virus that Obama "has no choice: but to declare martial law.

The production and shipping would mean the orders were placed before this POIE reached office. Likely tied to the Bush actions started in 2005, to address possible pandemic deaths (they expected small pox or anthrax back then).

What flu epidemic?

The numbers don't add up, Swine flu became the Mexican flu which in turn became H-1/ N-1 flu which isn't related to Swine flu at all.

The hype about the "flu" is fast becoming ridiculous.
