NEW YORK (AP) — It was supposed to be a photo op that captured images of an Air Force One plane with a majestic Statue of Liberty in the background. Instead, it turned into a public relations nightmare that led to recriminations from the president and mayor and prompted thousands other to ask, "What were they thinking?"
Just before the workday began on Monday, an airliner and supersonic fighter jet zoomed past the lower Manhattan skyline. Within minutes, startled financial workers streamed out of their offices, fearing a nightmarish replay of Sept. 11....
An Air Force combat photographer took pictures from one of the fighter jets, administration officials said.
The photo op was combined with a training exercise to save money, according to another administration official who also spoke on condition of anonymity because she was not authorized to speak publicly about the behind-the-scenes discussions about the flight....
It had a classified footnote that said, "Information in this document shall not be released to the public or the media."

I expect the photographer was in the F-16. I’m not sure how functional the rear seat of an F-16 is when it comes to photography, but at least it could keep up with the 747. I also suspect the term ‘training mission’ is used to describe any flight that is not directly associated with transporting the TOTUS.
Of course after all is said and done the justification is being provided by an administration that has absolutely NO respect for reality or the truth.
I am appalled at the inability, and the unwillingness, of so many Americans to appreciate the difference in professionalism and abilities between the current pretender and his predecessor. Or any other who has ever held the office, excepting Carter and one or two of those guys years and years ago.
Obama's people really do LOVE to stage fake events.
We all know what the reaction would have been if this had happened under Bush’s watch.
But instead we get breathless coverage of the first “100 days”.

I've never seen a document where a description of its security classification status is itself classified.
The only possible legimate reason I can think of for classifying the document was because someone might have thought that terrorists would use it as an opportunity to attack AF1 with a shoulder fired missile.

Also, if people researched the people that put together the letter writing campaign to get him into harvard law school they’d know his backing came from muslims.
The muslim over here that helped him get in gets his money from a saudi prince. We’d never heard the name, hussein obama, if it wasn’t for muslims pushing him into harvard law school. Not many other high school “B” students get into Ivy League schools and then harvard law school.
Obama had what schools like harvard like — muslim name, hussein obama, and he’s half black. That’s two diversity scores for them right there.
And why not do it on a weekend with most the office buildings empty.
