Remember how Pres. Bush was often ribbed for his early-to-bed habits? How they were taken as a sign of a lack of sophistication by the Beltway crowd?
Well, maybe theres a soporific in the White House water. For it seems that Pres. Obama might be following in Ws footsteps when it comes to hitting the sack long before the witching hour . . .
All the morning news shows ran clips of Michelle Obama taking questions from a group of young people yesterday. Check out what Mrs. Obama said while discussing a ruckus that Bo the dog recently made.

"Michelle Obama's life with BO & Barack" That is priceless. She has BO & Barack. LOL. Probably why she wears sleeveless so much, doesn't pit as much and more free air. Or maybe she doesn't wear deodorant, hence the BO.

Well *O* is very tired! Prezidentin’ is hard!
It could also be the fact that Fox is so hard on him all the time. On F&F this morning ,Geraldo suggested that Fox ( I think he said “this station”), needs to give *O* some slack! ;0)

I wish he would sleep the next hundred years. I would go to sleep early too if I had to sleep with that dog.

LOL! Got that right, otherwise those Wesnesday night disco parties at the WH might be kind of lame: “All right, everybody, 9 o’clock! Party’s over. Mr. O had to be in bed and asleep by 10 o’lock. He’s got a busy day tomorrow.”

So what, she thinks someone sneaked past the secret service to get to them and that caused the dog to bark? Is she not capable of remembering where they are living now?

Oh right! The dog just roams the halls of the White House in the middle of the night.
Two congenital liars.

Maybe Larry Summers needs to try going to bed at 9 or 10 p.m.

Yeah, and the Friends just brushed him right off...Steve said--well, we're fair and balanced. Geraldo made no sense, though...one minute he's praising Barry for his first wonderful 100 days and that he's on TV all the time (huh?) and then he's blasting the publication of the prisoner pics saying they should show poor Daniel Pearl's beheading if they want to see torture. On the intro to McCain he says--he's a Geraldo Republican, nice and moderate, and I would have voted for him. I thought you did, Geraldo.

But, but, they just showed a picture in Time magazine with him working in his office late into the night.

MY Dad used to say that one hour of sleep before midnight was worth two hours afterward. His 6 a.m. reville call was “The day’s a quarter gone and you aren’t even out of bed yet!”

I say that Michelle’s story is B.S. Does the dog gets to wander the WH residence by itself at night? They most likely have an agent who is in charge of that dog. Also, what did they think when they heard the “commotion”? That there was an intruder? In the campaign, when 0bama said he could handle the phone call at 3 am, we didn’t know that he was referring to the neighbors calling to complain about the noisy dog.

"Oh right! The dog just roams the halls of the White House in the middle of the night."
WH Staff: "Mr. President, the dog peed on the oval office carpet last night. Got the eagle right in the face."
Obama:"Good boy!"

He told the Friends he voted for McCain on another Friday. Usually he makes me scream—today he was so confused I let him talk.
