The New York Times is more vulnerable to advertiser pressure now than ever before. Make your voice heard, and fight back against the media elite! Here's what you can do: http://boycottnyt.com/take-action/

I smell another bailout, and we all know where that leads.

I hope they have an online liquidation auction. I need a new monitor and could use another laptop if the price is right.
I wonder if bidspotter.com is watching?

the venerable New York Times
venerable |ˈvenərəbəl; ˈvenrə-|
adjective
accorded a great deal of respect, esp. because of age, wisdom, or character
Character? Well, not so much.
Wisdom? That seems obviously not there.
Age? Well, you got me there. Age, they got.

Yeah, there has been chatter on the communist channels about a bailout, making “some” newspapers 501(c)(3) nonprofits, a government takeover, and the like.
When I travel I see piles of the NYT, Boston Glob, LA Times, and USA Today in the lobby. Some hotels force a USA Today on you unless you ask that they keep it to make paper maiche heads for the next moonbat parade.
These all count toward circulation!

Well at least Obama won’t have to sack Punch. Punch has been doing the haloed one’s work for over a year so when the GOVT takes control Times Readers won’t even notice a difference. I bet they even keep David Brooks.

A financially bankrupt New York Times. What a nice thought. After all, they’ve been morally bankrupt for so long that its about time they synced up financially.

Jean Kerry is already proposing government buyout of newspapers. The NYet Times owns the Boston Glob, one of a couple of rags in Kerry’s hometown.

The mass media are simply too stupid to survive without government help.
Here’s one thing that clown had to say:
“We need to come up with our [newspapers’] version of craigslist,” he said
Hyeah, right. Let’s see here... come up with a national classified ad system to compete with a hugely successful one that has been doing it for years, has “brand” and instant name recognition, and costs... NOTHING. You’ll have to charge for yours, newspaper assclown, otherwise what’s the point?
I see they don’t teach anything practical in J-school.

Good riddance to bad rubbish. Let them fail just as they are paying senior execs more money. Stupid management deserves failure.
