Raul Castro prompted widespread speculation last week that the U.S. and Cuba could be headed toward a thaw in nearly a half-century of chilly relations, when he said Cuban leaders would be willing to discuss "everything" with the U.S.,

Obama responded by saying Washington seeks a new beginning with Cuba but he also said that Cuba should release some political prisoners and reduce official taxes on remittances from the U.S. as a sign of goodwill.
Fidel Castro wrote in an essay on Tuesday that Obama "without a doubt misinterpreted Raul's declarations."

This is beyond humiliating...
It’s only the beginning...
Obama is a Fool.
In negotiations you must make the other side concede a point or offer a position advantageous to you.
In this instance Obama made an offer that legitimizes the Castro regime and then begins a negotiation of demanding a concession.
What a dumb ass!
My position is to never negotiate or concede except on stuff I made that I couldn't care less about. Nevertheless, once the concession is asked of me, I make a very big deal out of it and even put the brakes on or slow down talks. I give them some excuse, like my cat has diarrhea or whatever and tell them I will get back to them.
I am always playing for position in my deals and presenting strength.
Obama has proven he is an overly eager “aaa” player who will jump the shark and miss pitches. Or put another way he has buck fever everyday and misses important shots.
We didn’t ask Obama to do it. It’s Obama’s shame.
Todo. Nada. It’s a common mistake.
Si, Pero no posicion de fuerza
Right now it’s hard to bear, but as the years go by, we’ll learn to live with it.
The whole world is going to treat Obama as “The First Sucker”
Obama can manipulate. He cannot negotiate.
He has risen to his level of incompetence.
American people to Obama: Uh, oh. We've been duped!
And he will be duped by every tyrant and dictator in this world by the time we finally get him out of the White House.
