The original "GIVE Act" used the word "camp" to describe the "volunteer" work locations. It wasn't voluntary either. It was "mandatory service learning"...involuntary servitude and indoctrination. The original act called for a permanent "cadre" of officials to run the camps. Was Chairman Mao resurrected to write the crap?
