Someone described my participation in the Atlanta tea party as a waste of my time.

Here, here! O said he wasn’t going to raise taxes, now the gov’t wants to go after sales tax on internet purchases. Its to make up for their falling revenues. How about cutting spending??!! I’m ready for the July 4th gathering!

We had a nasty day, cold and windy for our tea party here.
We need to fire up here in Indy. We need to light a fire under our behinds. I was ready to get pumped and we were very contained.
I was impressed by Atlanta and the tea parties in California.
I’m reading some of the TARP banks are having tremendous quarterly results. We need to start beating the drum about where the money went and why.
That day in May (not sure which, as it must be further than it was) when we are free to keep our earnings after working 5 months just to pay taxes should be used in some way also.
I “paid” for my First Amendment Rights with 7 years active duty and more in the USMC Reserves.

May 16 is Armed Forces day. We should have a huge protest IN FAVOR of our armed forces.
