Why is it that nobody in the crowd made a citizen’s arrest of this sicko for littering? In many states it carries a fine of $500 to $1000 or more. Money out of this punk’s pocket or his daddy’s would bring high fives to all in the courtroom at the time of the judgment against him.....putting a happy ending to this story.

Oh come now. God doesn't kill people, or cause them to be killed. If people want to reject God that's their free choice. God doesn't force people to accept him, they have to seek him of their own free will. Those people are simply left to meet whatever fate babylon deals them.
