CNN tries to use heavy handed tactics to keep embarrassing clip of reporter off YouTube By Paleo Pat, on April 19th, 2009 Wow, what liberals will not to to cover their own backsides and make themselves look good. I blogged a little about this last week, about the CNN reporter who basically tried to make the Tea-Party protesters look like a bunch of Fox News devotees. Anyhow, well, a little clip of her being confronted by one of the persons at the Tea-Party was posted by the Blog, named Founding Bloggers, and was posted to YouTube. Well, CNN comes along and files a trademark infringement complaint and it gets yanked.

There’s a surprise NOT! CNN HAS a moral socialist obligation to cover for this lame excuse of a reporter just like it covers for the lame excuse of a president. And it wonders why FOX is beating the crap out of it in the ratings arena.

Have read that this same so called reporter was reporting total lies and misrepresentations about the Jena 6 incident.
Evidently many reporters attend the Dan Rather School of Journalism.

What were Fox’s ratings like on Tea Party Day? I’m betting they left pathetic CNN in the dust, as usual.

They won’t be able to take it off there, no matter how heavy-handed they want to get or what they try... LOL...

One can only wonder if Fox has a cause for action from the incidents of that day?

Wait, I thought CNN approved of the way SR did that TEA Party reportage. Now they’re trying to keep people from seeing it?

I have a copy. So do thousands of other people. CNN knows it looks bad. As the author says, keep uploading it -- embed it somewhere if you can.
And the legal reasoning to keep CNN from asserting copyright restrictions looks sound.

O'Reilly was 20,000 shy of four million viewers; Hannity, Greta and Beck were all above three million. Shep Smith & Bret Baier also passed the three million mark, if I recall correctly. PMSDNC was in the middle of the pack with 1.5 million being their best showing.
CNN? At the bottom of the ladder, with sleazy Anderson Cooper and his teenage potty jokes barely ekeing out one million viewers.
