As I understand it, Texas can legally divide itself into 6(?) new states, thereby potentially adding 12 new Senators. I realize that Texans like having such a large state, but given Obama’s plans to exploit the Democratic majority in the Senate, the question must be asked:
Are Texans willing to sacrifice self interest for the greater good of preventing a permanent turn leftward as Obama seeks to enact his plans for nationalized health care, cap-and-trade and levels of taxes (and debt!) never before seen in this country?
This is an anti- freedom Admin. Is it any stranger for these naifs in the WH to praise the PALS, hug Castro, and shake Chavez’ hand while dissing Israel and American rights to protest? Interesting how a Jew is turning into the worst enemies of Israel. I guess Emanuel has no influence on the Muslim bowing potentate we elected as TOTUS. A forced solution is utopian at best and will be the last nail on the coffin of the state of Israel.
