Was it Lisa JAckson, EPA Comm, who said we’d have to ‘shrink the economy’ to stave off global warming?
Maybe, this ‘recession’ is the plan after all! Why should the ‘progressives’ complain when this is what they want?

Does this mean that it will be legal to inhale but will be made illegal to exhale?

Earth has been cooling at a fast rate for the last ten years. It has not been warming.
Arctic and Antarctic ice is either staying the same or growing.
EPA is NOT doing this to save the planet from global warming, it’s all about control.

This is the fourth branch of government that Mark Levin describes. The unelected bureaucracy that is accountable to no one.

We need to file a class action lawsuit forcing the EPA to PROVE its claims before they implement any measure that would no doubt hurt the public and our rights under the US Constitution. If the ACLU can play that game so can we!

The standard Liberal response, SHUT-UP.
Shut-up because talking creates CO2, the boogeyman gas. I can see limiting Nitrous Oxides and Sulfur Dioxides, but a gas that is and always has been present in nature is just plain silly.

"President Obama pledged to limit greenhouse gases as a candidate, but has urged Congress to send him a bill that would cap them and allow emitters to trade pollution allowances nationwide." This is just too funny. I didn't know Greenhouse Gases was a candidate, which party did it run on? Now Obama wants to cap them, ohhhhh HOW's that gonna work.
Yet, he will allow EMITTERS to trade for allowances! ok, lets see I'll see you one F.rt for one (...........)?

"..At this moment, the EPA is hopelessly politicized. In the wake of Carol Browner, it is probably better to shut it down and start over. What we need is a new organization much closer to the FDA. Late last month EPA sent the White House a formal finding by the Brothers Grimm that greenhouse gases endanger public health and welfare...
There, fixed it.

I just reread this a couple of days ago, and this is exactly what I thought of when I read this story on Yahoo! News.

This means the government can regulate anything that uses chemical reactions, since most involve the connectingo of hydrogen and carbon to oxygen. This includes the metabolic processes of all living things.

The whole purpose of this proposal is to force (blackmail, arm-twist,...) Congress into passing the so-called “cap & trade” legislation, which in turn was all about the government revenue to be generated, global warming be damned.
Don’t be fooled into trying to discuss this point from a technical, scientific standpoint.
