I was a speaker at the College Station, Texas Tea Party in Veterans Park. The local TV station said 300 attended, the organizers said 800-1000. I thought, from the podium, that it was easily a thousand. For example, the tables in the pavilion seat 300. They were full, with people lined up along the walls on the inside, and standing on the hill overlooking the pavilion. Easily much more than the TV estimate:
College Station, TX: 1000.
New York City easily had 15,000 people. How do I know this? Because as one of the Freepers who organized the pro troop rally in 03 in Times square we easily had a head count which the media acknowledged was over 5000, really closer to 7,000. The crowd at the tea party was easily twice as big as that one, and I am being generous on the down side.
Here in small town Natchitoches, Louisiana we had about 200-300 people.
BUMP
The total headcount needs to be distributed widely and repeated as often as possible.
I was at the Frederick rally. It looked like there were several hundred people, but it could have gone as high as a thousand. We had a lot of people, in spite of the heavy rain.
Sorry, for the above post. I think I replied to the wrong poster.
Anyway, here it is again. Hope I pinged the right person.

I didnt see El Paso, TX listed there.
My sister lives there.
Local radio station said 700 people attended the event.
Please add to the list if not already on it. Thanks
Local twice weekly newspaper places the number at about 1,000. The city population is about 8,000.
There were people coming and going for well over four hours. The name of the city is pronounced "bernie". It lies about 30 miles Northwest of downtown San Antonio, Texas. Elevation about 1,000 feet.
Manchester, TN (a SMALL town) - 100 attended.
I figured that the crowd had to have been 150 adults. Throw in the kids, and I would say 175.
Not bad for a little tiny town.
And let me tell you these people are inspired!
Please update Little Rock to 2500-2700, per Arkansas State Police. I can attest to what I have heard / read.
Will anyone be totaling these numbers in an easy-to-find location?
Valparaiso, Indiana had about 500.
Coos Bay Oregon 200+
Cheyenne, WY (pop 53,000) had two Tea Parties that were planned and executed in two weeks. We had attendance of approx 1,000 show up for each event on tax day!
