TRACY, Calif. (AP) - Prosecutors say they're considering rape and molestation allegations against the woman suspected of killing an 8-year-old Northern California girl and putting her body in a suitcase.
Twenty-eight-year-old Melissa Huckaby was arrested Saturday on suspicion of kidnapping and murdering Sandra Cantu. The girl was a playmate of her 5-year-old daughter.

This is very strange; had this woman ever shown any signs of pathological behavior before? Also, it mentions a 5 yr old daughter. Did the woman have a husband?

The victim was a known friend of her daughter. What did she do with the kid while she was murdering the Cantu girl? What is the motive? Why isn't the local LEO not allowing her family to see her? What kinds of warning signs were given prior to this event happening? The only scrap of evidence that seems to tie this woman to Cantu (maybe I'm wrong here) is that suitcase that Huckabee said was stolen from her garage.
Is she in protective custody because she actually knows who the perp is? Where is her lawyer, and why hasn't her lawyer said anything? Why hasn't dumba$$ Gloria Allred come forward to represent her and had a big media circus about it, like she did with that woman who was Scotty's girlfriend? What is the timeline on her actions, and why hasn't that been released? Does Huckabee drive, and if so, did they scan her car for evidence of the Cantu girl? Was her car big enough to hold that suitcase? Is Huckabee strong enough to hoist said suitcase, with kid therein, into the pond where it was found?
You'd think LEO's would be crowing at the top of their lungs about this: "We found the perp, and here's how it was done....", but there is none of that. Why not?
