VIPS AT TEA PARTIES ACROSS AMERICA

There will be special guests featured at many of the Tea Parties throughout California.  The Sacramento event is expected to be one of the largest - if not the largest - Tea Party in the nation!

We here at the Our Country Deserves Better Committee (one of the largest conservative political action committees in America) would like to thank the following individuals and organizations for stepping up and playing an important role in the success of the Tea Party movement:

I can only hope that people name names on big signs. Name those who voted to spend future generations into poverty.

Be aware, the "talking points" from talking heads started Sunday. Their point is "fine, lets cut taxes, but where do we cut spending? Give us an itemized list of what YOU want to cut to ""pay" for these tax cuts".

I first heard this avenue of thought on Cavuto this past weekend, cannot recall who was spouting the drivel.

I tried to send Cavuto a pic of the Constitution asking him to please tell that guest I would cut anything not written in the Constitution and let States take back over programs THEY desire (with their taxes) instead of the Federal Gov't taking from one and giving to another.

If a program is SOOOOOOO important it needs to be funded, then damnit, put it to the Constitutional test, see if our useless congress-critters can get it in there..My bet is they can't!

Government troops are being brought in along with Obama Youth Gestapo to bulldoze over and take prisoners. You know we are going to the Spokane, Washington one! We are taking a couple of friends and some very cool signs. I just heard one of the Spokane Tea Party organizers say that they now have one or two thousand people signed up for the event, which is up from 400 early last week. Not bad for our community. I hope to see a huge cross section of people represented like veterans, conservatives, survivalists, libertarians, etc. Anyone else coming to the Spokane Tea Party?

...I’m bringing tea and coffee and 2nd amendment fire to Nicholasville, Cain-tuck. When we leave, the clowns in US Congress and the administration can have what is left from what we’ve finished brewing up...

Has everyone seen this report from obama’s homeland security? As soon as Missouri backed off the MIAC, here comes obama’s report to quiet any opposition.

http://www.thelibertypapers.org/wp-content/uploads/2009/04/hsa-rightwing-extremism-09-04-07.pdf

Here tea parties are compared to weather underground and a new dangerous terrorist network.

http://cobalt6.net/diary/2495/tea-party-movementthe-new-weather-underground

Taxation without representation, what does that mean to you? Those trying to quiet tea parties effect are saying we have taxation with representation and it has nothing to do with what the original tea party was about.

If you read the article below it sounds a lot like today but this isn’t about tea. It is about the wealthy elite getting richer with our tax dollars with no end in sight.

http://www.boston-tea-party.org/tea-act.html

Woodrow Wilson, 1916, said:

A great industrial nation is controlled by its system of credit. Our system of credit is privately concentrated. The growth of the Nation, therefore, and all our activities are in the hands of a few men... We have come to be one of the worst ruled, one of the most completely controlled and dominated, governments in the civilized world—no longer a government by free opinion, no longer a government by conviction and the vote of the majority, but a government by the opinion and the duress of small groups of dominant men.

What say you?

I'm glad that the Tea Parties are a textbook case of the way conservative protests should occur according to my website AmericanProtest.net, which is partly based on me being a long time FReeper and having the benefit of DC Chapter reports but also based on a lifetime of protesting injustice from my childhood to the present.

From flyer handouts to encouragement to vote and writing Congress to following the law, I'm proud of these protests.

It's time to stand up for America!

I’m going to the Capitol in Raleigh tomorrow and bringing 3 people with me. These are 3 who have never even considered participating in something of this nature before now.

Those who are making light of how fed up regular Joe’s and Jill’s are are clueless.

I just got a call from a friend who's attending the Tea Party in Hyannis, Massachusetts.

The local Dems tried to block the Tea Party by not issuing a permit because of the "large number of people expected to attend."

The Tea Party participants (bless 'em) decided to go ahead anyway, permit or not.

So, the socialists decided to dig up the road instead, and warn people to avoid the Airport Rotary, the site of the Tea Party.

Here are the two articles from the Cape Cod Times today.

The Brownshirts are nervous.

'Tea Party' tax protest scheduled at Airport Rotary

April 14, 2009

HYANNIS — A number of area residents and political activists will celebrate tax day tomorrow at the Airport Rotary with a "Tea Party" protest, in which participants wave signs and flags in opposition to state and federal tax increases and government spending.

The protest, part of a nationwide effort, is sponsored by Smart Girl Politics, Top Conservatives on Twitter and other online groups. It will take place from 4 to 6 p.m., and will be followed by a dinner and rally at the VFW Hall at 455 Route 28.

Rotary roadwork will cause traffic backups

April 14, 2009

HYANNIS — The Airport Rotary, at the intersection of Route 132, Barnstable Road and Route 28, could experience some traffic delays throughout the day tomorrow as road crews tend to a water main beneath the road.

Drivers are encouraged to avoid the rotary throughout the day as the roadwork will force the closure of one lane of Route 132, likely causing backups, according to the Barnstable Growth Management Department.

The work should be completed by the end of the day if weather allows.

I plan to be at the DC rally. I will have an IPhone to take and send pictures. I am looking for a Freeper who can posted the pictures here. Would require a flickr or some such account. I could do it through my Flickr but it would take too long on the IPhone. Anyone interested? If so, freepmail me an email address I should send the photos to.

Thanks
