Tony Blair has spoken to the BBC about his first spiritual experience, which occurred when he was a child.
(Blair).. said that he reads the Koran nearly every day.

In another Easter interview, to the gay magazine Attitude, Mr Blair urged the Pope to rethink his entrenched attitude on gays. While serving as Prime Minister, Mr Blair was said not to do God. Since leaving office he has set up the Tony Blair Faith Foundation, which intends to promote understanding of the world's main religions and show how faith is a powerful force for good in the modern world. He has also taught a class at Yale University on faith and globalization.
