SNIPPET: "The lawsuit, handled by U.S. District Court in Reno, alleges that Elhifny faced death threats and harassment and school administrators did nothing to stop the abuse.
Cox said that wasn't true, and the teen was unable to give any description of her tormenter including his or her gender, size and tone of voice.
He said the high school tried to investigate her claims but was unsuccessful because of the lack of information."

This should be appealed.
I was harassed by Muslims I don’t know and couldn’t point out in a line up. Where’s my $400,000?

I don’t know the details in this case, but I have had a ringside seat to the habits and veracity of teenage girls as a high school English teacher.
My opinion - probably the girl is making it up. I’d give it about a 60 percent chance of the story being fiction.

You know, I think I was bullied once. I don’t remember by whom or even when, but I am sure it happened. That ought to be worth a $100k at least.

Even Tawana Brawley made up enough details to include the gender of her attacker. This verdict is phenomenally absurd. Any “harassment” so mild that she doesn’t even know if it’s coming from a guy or a girl is not something worthy of $400k, or even one dollar, in the unlikely event that it’s not completely fictional.

Obama will look on the $400,000 as such an infinitesimal part to the TARP/TALF/Stimulus that it really sets no precedent. And besides, Muslims deserve Reparations for not being included in the Constitutional Convention in Philadelphia in 1787.
