Worse. He’s one of the enlightened from National Review. A worthless publication these days.
Screw dignity. I’m not exactly a fan of Coleman and think the Republicans *almost* deserve to lose for not foreseeing this in advanace and stopping the theft of the seat, but on principle it’s beyond stupidity to advocate he drop out for something as flimsy as personal “dignity”. There is no dignity in walking away from a race he won that they stole. And it’s not like he’ll probably win again given the demographics of that state, so he might as well hold to the bitter end. Besides, it keeps Franken out of the Senate and that isn’t a bad thing.
The fact is that many types of ballots for Coleman rejected by Republican counties were 100% approved for Franken in Democrat counties. I don’t think this should be over.
What is needed is a new election.
I agree. He has not received a just count yet. The state judges refuse to force the counties to all use the same standard which is a clear violation of the equal protection clause.
I think Ramesh needs to hush and keep his nose out of this.
Fight to the end
There is no honor when Demonrat machinations in manufacturing votes is allowed to continue and no one questions it. It is right for Coleman to NEVER concede and he needs to be honored for continuing to fight this injustice with those leftist thugs who think Republicans will allow this to continue.
There is nothing dignified in losing to FrankenFool.
Exactly what I was going to say.
Apparently this was not the first time the guy has blogged this opinion. He should take his own advice and give it up.
I was hoping that some of the mysteries occuring that election might be cleared up first. Like how some Democratic districts cast more ballots than there were registered voters.
Another reminder of why I dropped National Review.
National Review = Chamberlain Chronicle
Subtitles in French, printed on a white flag, delivered by Castrated Poodle Express.
Leftists aren’t going to award gold stars for “dignity.”
Idiots.
They’ll properly see you as pushovers and cowards.
