Does anyone have any info on which federal prosecutors are named and what their personal history, political affiliations, and patronage obligations appear to be?

Scumbags set out to do what needed to be done. Accuse the Senator of wrongdoing, trump up charges against him BEFORE the election, DemocRAT wins, Ooops! What do you know? The charges were false. Sorry! But DemocRAT still stays where he is.

There is no level of evil that DemocRATS won’t sink. Even Satan is taking notes.

The judge also initiated criminal contempt proceedings against the government lawyers who prosecuted the 85-year-old Alaska Republican

As he should.

He needed to go but under more honest circumstances namely, the Republicans running a good candidatewho wasn’t a porker.

Still, if they kick the govt. lawyers in the ass for this and hard it might stop this behavior in the future. These people want to work in the private sector someday and you can’t do it having lost your license.

Come on Ted! Time for multi-billion dollar lawsuit against the prosecutors & mainstream media. Then turn around and run for election for your old job.

He got "Tom Delay'd". Criminalization of politics.
Two questions he may ask:
"Who do I see to get my reputation back?"
"How can I get my Senate seat back?"

I seriously hope he enjoys his retirement. I mean the guy is 85!!! What the heck does he need to be in the Senate for...until 92???? He has done his duty and now needs to rest for the years he has left.

I guess Bush fired the wrong U.S. Attorneys.

"Nice, too bad the election can't be redone."

IIRC, there might be a way to call a special election under Alaska law.

Wouldn't it be fun to have Ted on the Judiciary Committee when Welch comes up for confirmation as US Atty????

I would pay a lot of money to see that!!

It just doesn't matter!

The Dims got what they wanted, the Senate seat, and since they believe the ends justify the means everything is just fine. Nothing to see here, and the press will not say or write word one about it.

We are now in a full-bore Communist regime and may not get out of it.

File this one next to all the illegal campaign funds that got Democrats into office, only to be returned as tainted AFTER the elections are over.

...he should write a book. He probably knows where every body in D.C. is buried, and my guess is that he might just have a chip on his shoulder after what he's been through.
