This would be like someone trying to do a remake of Casablanca.

Seeing Tom Cruise and “butch” in the same sentence stunned me.

Maybe they’ll hit a rock when they jump off that cliff this time.

(I could eat it raw, but why do that when I have a fire.)
Soon to be a new term in the entertainment lexicon:
“Cruising the Shark”

He's almost as arrogant as Obama.
Shouldn't it be renamed "L. Ron Hubbard and the Scientology Kid" ?

Because ‘Valkyrie’ was such a hit and won a whole bunch of Oscars?
*SNORT*
When is that spaceship coming for him? What a kookburger. And while the camera LOVES him, I’ve never seen him in a movie where I wasn’t thinking, “Hey! That’s Tom Cruise!” versus the actual CHARACTER he was PAID to be playing.
Even Bruce Willis (a BRILLIANT actor by comparison) IS ‘John Mc Clane’ in the Die Hard movies. Yeesh!

Cruise and Travolta? Forget Butch and Sundance. How about the “The Gay Caballeros”???

Remakes do not do well. And westerns do not do well in general - not in this age.
Another dud for Tom.

If John Travolta goes along with it, they could call the new movie “Butch Cassidy and the Scientology Kid.”
Give it an extra dimension, kind of. When they dive off the cliff, they could be rescued by a flying saucer.

This is almost as bad as trying to remake Gone With the Wind... no way this will not belly flop... Cruise ain't got the talent to pull it off.

Glad I didn't see Valkyrie.
