He can fly circles around him and then use his cannon should he decide to take the plane out.

The service ceiling for that plane is 13,500

Pretty darn good flying for a student pilot. A long cross country and night landing on a Missouri highway!

And it’s only Opening Day. We’re in for a long season, eh?

One student on board, they seem to know who it is but not willing to give name ... maybe we start a poll of first name guessing. I’m thinking neither George nor Gordon.

“A federal law enforcement official told CNN the pilot is a naturalized Canadian citizen, but declined to give his name or country of origin.”

I was wondering the same thing. This is a ‘student’ pilot?

“I fler @ 14,000’ from Mexico City to Loretto in 7 hours with no oxygen.”

How’d you hold your breath for 7 hours?

“Were you sleeping?”

Hell no, I was on an IFR flight plan.

FL14 was the minimum altitude leaving Mexico City and to reach Loretto I had to stay at that altitude leaned out to make the diatance.

Actually total time was 7 hours, 20 min. but I was only at FL14 dor 7 hours.

"3800 ft AGL"

You could squeeze a 12 sec. freefall out of that...
