Hell no, I was on an IFR flight plan.
FL14 was the minimum altitude leaving Mexico City and to reach Loretto I had to stay at that altitude leaned out to make the diatance.
Actually total time was 7 hours, 20 min. but I was only at FL14 dor 7 hours.
