1960s pioneer Steinem: Every woman stands for feminist movement

Sorry, as far from true as anything has ever been. ALL the women I know are for femininism, NOT feminism.
Isn’t it telling that 40 years after Steinem’s heyday, the Detroit Free Press news article extolling her influence is flanked on the left by an ad featuring a scanty bikini-clad young woman holding an electric guitar that probably would not have met the standards of the print version of the paper in the early pre-women’s lib era for good taste?
Not many of them standing behind you Gloria during your time and after because you are a loon tune.

I hate EVERYTHING these hags stand for. They have done more to destroy the social fabric of our nation than just about anyone else. Besides Democrats. Their job was to destroy black families. Gloria and crew were out to belittle and demean and make White Men insignificant. And they’re STILL at it!

Then, after decades of telling women tha they need a man, “like a fish needs a bicycle”, she got married.

She appeared to be quite hittable thirty years ago....I’d have liked to get her mind right by giving her some “what fer” back in those days.

Exactly — every woman except Sarah Palin (or any other Conservative woman, actually). I thought the exact same thing as you from just reading the headline!
Feminism has been taken over by the Neo-Marxists years ago. It is about egalitarianism and selfishness, hating and denying the biological aspects of a woman’s body—thereby, hating Judeo-Christian values. All about the envy of the male. (Marxist create division and hatred to produce chaos).
Their movement is responsible for the destruction of the family and has been the ruin of a whole generation of children. They promote promiscuity and children out of wedlock, which demeans women, men, and makes women nothing but a commodity to be used and/or bought.
The true damage is to the children. Women are told that it is ok to dump children in day care at 6 weeks old....a truly evil thing to put children in institutions just as the communists did under Lenin. No primates allow strangers to watch their babies or allow them to be separated from the mother in the first few years of life. We are creating emotional cripples and lower IQ people by allowing no one-on-one time for infants....the situation which creates the most neuron production in the brain (Einstein’s brain had complex build up—Romanian orphanages had whole areas of the brain with no development).
The brightest children have been first born or only children, for the most part (yes, there are exceptions) but the stimulation in the first three years is critical to IQ. One on ONE with the bonded parent is the perfect situation. The least amount of stress is ideal. Feminists lie and cover up all data that alludes to the truth because it disproves all the propaganda that they spout. They should be put in prison for the destruction of the children’s minds and emotional instability and drug dependence they have caused for millions of children.
And yes, the mother needs a husband so he can support her giving the children a solid foundation in the early years of life. It is emotionally taxing to care for children and the family unit was the most perfect method designed to raise children. (Proved many times over). Men are not designed for the nurturing of babies and usually do not enjoy it as women do (unless they have been brainwashed through all the PC cr*p in the public schools).
Feminists deny biology, so will always be envious and unhappy for the most part and obviously, unfulfilled.

Steinem and company’s idea of a shining moment came recently when feminists (for those of you in Rio Linda that’s short for Feminazis) forced the resignation of Larry Sommers after he said that women on the average had a lower aptitude than men for science. An outstanding demonstration of Women’s Power when they can ran off the President of a prestigious university because he expressed an opinion that annoyed them.
However, Feminism had already lost much of its appeal to young women, when in the late 90’s when the feminist movement trashed Juanita Broddrick following her rape charges against Bill Clinton. Steinem and Co.hoped that Clinton would deliver on that Holy Grail of feminism, the legalization of partial birth abortion. This and other instances where they ignored or excused Clinton’s misogynistic antics demonstrated that feminist movement lacks the strength of its convictions.
In addition to a blatant power lust, the two instances described above reveal the hypocrisy and weakness of the feminist movement. So it is not surprising that Steinem and other feminists would find nothing in common with a woman who can moose hunt, travel through Alaska on a dog sled, and be a candidate for Vice President, all while raising a family.
