Sounds like he is squandering his standing to advance a socialist agenda that the nation clearly does not approve of.

In computers actually we have a sign bit in floating point numbers. So strangely enough you can have +0.00 and -0.00.

I guess I’m just used to staring at that occasionally at my day job!

[He campaigned in all those blue collar areas promising jobs.]

It is a HUGE problem that Americans think that the Gov’t controls the creation of jobs. How about the Gov’t leave us the hell alone and let us create our own jobs?

No taxpayers = no social program funding. No social program funding = no welfare checks.

If California got to the point where they had no choice except to abolish many social programs due to lack of revenue, it might just turn into a wakeup call for Obama supporters in the rest of the country.

Look for Obama and the Dems to do everything they can to prevent California's impending collapse.

Americans (and the world) appear to be drugged sheep because the strong delusion has been sent.

"I agree...56% is about what voted for him of the electorate. hardly tanking."

I'm with you on that line of thinking. I need to see him go below the percentage that elected him. Then we know he's in trouble. But that isn't showing up so far.

I don’t think he cares about his numbers....he understands that he and the dems may be a one-termer and will make sure that all the the dem projects get put into place before someone else takes over. I will bet 99.9% of blacks, strongly approve. That is all he cares about.

And I have to ask, did they ever make the connection between the loss of employment and their vote? I’m betting it’s still George Bush’s fault in their minds

Sad to yes, Bush will get the blame all the way to 2012 or God help us until 2016, even if we are in a Depression.

Here in New Jersey, Even though the Democrats have been in full control since 2000. Idiots (and not all of them hard core left) still buy the line that New Jersey's problems are because of Whitman and the Republicans in the 1990's.

Expect that idiocy on a national level, for the next 4, 8, 12, 16.. years

I was watching Red Eye on Fox News last night and they had William H Macy on as a guest for part of the show. He said that he is a big fan of Obama’s and will be a fan “for a while longer”.

I found that choice of words interesting...he said everything is a mess that of course was inherited and his decisions will be the factor I guess of how long he remains a fan.

So he is a fan so far of absolute power grabbing corruption? Ahhh ok...gotcha.

It's just a matter of time before the sheep who voted for him start asking for all those jobs he promised. They'll turn on him when they realize he's not going to deliver. He campaigned in all those blue collar areas promising jobs. That's the only reason he was elected. A few thousand jobs here and there ain't gonna cut it. All smoke and mirrors.

You might be right but that won't help the truly conservative candidate either, not that we've got one. Massive amounts of Americans have gone hard left, and they won't be coming back.

They just want more pie.

the percentage of Americans who don’t pay any net income tax would be VERY telling.

You already knew congressional Dems were for him and all those people he chose or considered for cabinet or other appointed positions . . . ;-)

Excellent point. I question how many and where he was creating jobs. I am sure most of that number is “saved” jobs.

It's way too early to expect a meaningful deterioration in Obama’s numbers.

The American people are just too lenient and patient for that.

“I also truly am repulsed by anyone whom I think may have voted liberal. I think they are stupid and sorry bastards.”

I agree. None of these people will get a damn thing from me when the SHTF. They are blacklisted. I hope they are the first to starve because they rightly deserve it.

No jobs = no tax payers. No taxpayers = no social program funding. No social program funding = no welfare checks.

Where have you been? Just because the government doesn't have money does not mean they quit spending it.

Has anyone tried to run the budget and debt numbers on a calculator? The numbers don't fit. You have to use scientific numbers to divide the debt to taxpayer ratio (or a computer).

[I’m betting it’s still George Bush’s fault in their minds.]

I doubt it will be in 3 years when they are still unemployed. They will be ready to give the other party a chance to fix this. Especially, when the Rats and Obama have more than quadrupled the deficit they were attacking Bush and Republicans over. Peoples energy costs will have doubled due to cap and trade and the prices of EVERYTHING will be going up.

Nope, come 2012, Obama is going to be dealing with a FURIOUS electorate. Hopefully, the Republicans will not nominate another McCain.
