Oscar de la Renta, Valentino, Ferragamo.
These were just a few of the designer labels Sarah Palin wore during her 2008 campaign.
Where are many of these infamous clothes now? In trash bags!
Yes, you read that right. In the g-a-r-b-a-g-e. Well, in garbage bags, to be more specific.
NewMajority is reporting that roughly $150,000 worth of clothing worn by Sarah Palin during her Republican vice presidential bid is stuffed in trash bags at the Republican National Committee headquarters in Washington D.C.
Palin promised to donate her wardrobe to charity following the campaign, and she did give the clothes to the RNC so they could handle the donation process, according to NewMajority. But apparently, the RNC did no such thing, as the clothes are still in their headquarters in garbage bags.
A spokesperson for the RNC spokesman told NewMajority that the clothes that Palin gave back had been "inventoried and will be appropriately dispersed to various charities."
The inevitable question: Why does it take months to donate clothes to charity
Good grief, organize people, organize. Unbelievable.
Then again, maybe the RINO-run RNC is trying to undermine Sarah Palin.
I put NOTHING past liberal dems and RINOs.
It has nothing to do with Steele, either. The NYDN story was bvased on a more than two-month old post on David Frum’s website.
It’s not true. It was debunked in these two posts on RedState.com:

Don’t believe everything you read. Especially when it’s in the NY Deadly Noose.

The RNC are idiots.
Do you remember Obama stuffing thousands of American flags into garbage bags?
SarahPAC all the way!
But having said this the MSM is more concerned about designer clothes being housed in garbage bags than the American President having the power to fire a CEO of a private corporation.
Yea, and we took them and used them for a McCain Rally.
Lets be precise and NOT use Pig English.
When bags contain Ferragamo, Coach, etc. Clothing, they are NOT GARBAGE Bags!
They are Flexible Polymer Clothing Storage and Preservation Containers!!! GEEEZ! Lets get with Our English Language for We are NOT the Illiterate RAT Party:-)
The RNC is a rudderless ship of fools.
The need to stop this campaign against Palin, dump Steele, and find a leader who isn’t ashamed of Christian people.
Steele (Let’s be unpredictable!) is a lemon.
I am right there with you on that. That money was given for them to campaign with. And Sarah needed a wardrobe to help make that happen in the public eye. As far as I’m concerned...she should keep them.
aw come on........as if steele even knows about the clothes being there or really cares about having to deal with them!
If he gets involved with something this low on the totem pole he really is an idiot.
Agree!
You do make a fine point.

This is old news. Guess the Daily News hasn’t heard of the G20 summit and the looting of the Bank of England. This is MUCH more important.
but a Hefty bag works quite nicely. And the clothes are completely sealed in and protected from dust.”
Want to take up 1/2 of the space when moving and using garbage bags for transports?
Use the “steel sak” bags and take your vacuum cleaner and suck out the air inside the bag at the last minute.
Seal with strips of Duct tape, and place the now well-shrunken bag inside a clean trash can with a lid. Tape the lid down tightly with Duct tape.
You will require approx 1/2 of th4e space to move your items. Clean trash cans with lids work great. Did it and will do so again, when I find a buyer for this property. Need to move closer to my brother due to his health.
