I believe the intent is to keep the ObamaJugendbund from going political and being paid rent-a-mobs.

You know, before reaching for my pitchfork, I’d like to know what the actual text of the bill is that’s causing this guy’s alarm cry. I just tried to locate the insidious “Amendment 12” he refers to, and couldn’t find it. The structure of the bill is in sections with letter-designated amendments to specific sections, so it would be helpful if people sounding alarms would accurately identify the source of the outrage.

I don't know if this is worth much, but last weekend i was at the range and was told by the operator that the Dept. of Homeland Security has stopped all imports of .223,.45,9mm and 7.62X39 ammo from coming into the country. A) not less than 90 percent of the students participate in service-learning activities as part of the program;

SEC. 125. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES AND INELIGIBLE ORGANIZATIONS.

‘(a) Prohibited Activities- A participant in an approved national service position under this subtitle may not engage in the following activities:

‘(1) Attempting to influence legislation.



‘(2) Organizing or engaging in protests, petitions, boycotts, or strikes.

‘(3) Assisting, promoting, or deterring union organizing.

‘(4) Impairing existing contracts for services or collective bargaining agreements.

1 ‘(5) Engaging in partisan political activities, or other activities designed to influence the outcome of an election to any public office.
