WorldNetDaily reported this weekend that a Kansas-based blog, MsPlacedDemocrat.com, has been frequented by someone at the Supreme Court:
Having done a “tracert” on 209.144.137.1 certainly does show this particular IP address to be originating from washington.savvis.net. Further, sitemeter.com — the “software” to which the article refers — is a very good web-based service used by many sites to track many different aspects of web traffic to and from one’s site. I have similarly just begun using sitemeter.com for this site, though I’ve been using my own internal, back-end WordPress plugins to track things as well as Google’s Analytics tool.
What I will caution my readers on, however, is that all that the IP confirms is that someone is using the Supreme Court’s account to look at web pages; we do not know, simply based on the above statistical analysis, whether or not it’s an actual Justice (which I highly doubt, for a number of reasons). Further, the last digit in the IP address is a “1,” and typically most PCs or Macs that use the Internet from within a given account are not assigned such a low number. In other words, this could very well be what’s known as a gateway or router into the SCOTUS offices or other facility.

I think it would have to be McCain. McCain would have been the only valid candidate in the race. It would be like the democrats had no candidate at all. If Oboma is Kenyan, he couldn't have run in the first place.
Basically, the vice president (elect) shall be acting president if the president elect fails to qualify. And if both are deemed ineligible, Congress determines who is president.
Using the VP elect would be rewarding the illegal behavior. It would be a bait and switch. The Constitution is clear about who can run and who can't run. He shouldn't have gotten past the primaries.
In all fairness, McCain was the only qualified person elected to the office. He got 48% of the votes while Oboma would be stripped of his. That makes McCain the automatic winner.

If Zero is ineligible, his election is VOID. Along with Biden, since he was on the ticket. Biden ran for VP NOT Pres. There would have to be another election process to determine who serves.
I’m not trying to argue, just interpret what the text says:
Section 3. If, at the time fixed for the beginning of the term of the President, the President elect shall have died, the Vice President elect shall become President. If a President shall not have been chosen before the time fixed for the beginning of his term, or if the President elect shall have failed to qualify, then the Vice President elect shall act as President until a President shall have qualified; and the Congress may by law provide for the case wherein neither a President elect nor a Vice President elect shall have qualified, declaring who shall then act as President, or the manner in which one who is to act shall be selected, and such person shall act accordingly until a President or Vice President shall have qualified.
Oh. Ok. Until McCain is sworn in. He was a legitimate candidate. He got 48% of the vote. Oboma legally got none. The other parties got less than McCain.
Even though the Election of 0bama was fraudulent, the Electoral Process was not, so Biden gets the Presidency . . . either temporarily until a new President is chosen by Congress OR directly by approval of Congress . . . if I’m reading my Constitution correctly.

I still don't understand this. If Oboma is illegal, then McCain was runner up. Why give the presidency to Biden when his VP spot was chosen by a non-candidate? It seems as though both would have to go, because the whole set up should have never gotten past the vetting process in the first place if the Constitution had been obeyed in the very beginning.
The press failed to do it's job, but the American people shouldn't have to suffer again for it. They voted, and McCain came in second. If the first choice turns out to be a dud, the second should be next in line. No one vote for a President Biden, but they did vote for a President McCain.

hillary and then biden conveniently has to resign for personal reasons. the clintons get what they demanded. she only stepped aside so he could do that “historic black guy” thing under the agreement that he would resign when the b.c. issue became public. then the plan goes as i stated. if oblabo reneges on the deal the clintons will finish it forcefully. I hope you are correct and that the SCOTUS declares his presidency ILLEGAL and all his actions null and void. It would restore this countries economy, and, confidence in America’s ability to manage its own affairs without becoming a Socialist/Communist third world tyrannical sink hole.

Nice fantasy, but you can’t unpeel a banana. Even if his presidency was declared Unconstitutional (a highly unlikely scenario with at least 5 members of the SCOTUS his ideological siblings), his ACORN brownshirts would rip the country apart to keep him in office. AND, Congress would hastily pass some sort of trumped up “Constitutional Amendment” to allow him to continue... The cat’s outta the bag anyway. What he has done cannot simply be “undone.”
Even if you have him declared unconstitutional as elected who is going to enforce the declaration?....

Like you I don’t see it happening nor do I see an amendment forthcoming either as it takes ratification by 75% of the state legislatures....
All this is interesting speculation but the life process will go on no matter the outcome.

If the courts rule these people don't have standing, it's time for a few hundred of us to take up arms and surround the SCOTUS building until they remember who they work for!
