Boiseans (Idaho) go door-to-door Saturday to support Obama’s budget

The Obama campaign's grassroots tack got him elected.

Now volunteers across the country — including Boise — are using the same strategy to get the word out about the president's proposed budget plan.

Saturday, local volunteers are go door to door, canvassing their neighborhoods to tell people about the president's plans for health care and education, green jobs and more.

Here's my take on the Obama budget. Go into the smallest room in your house and find the porcelain receptacle. Take all your money and drop it in and push the handle. Now look in the mirror and if you can muster a big smile, you my friend are ready for the Obama budget.
