A Washington, D.C., man who believes Barack Obama probably isn't eligible to be president

“as we fall into deeper and deeper disastrous policies of an incompetent leader more and more people will begin to get further emotionally involved in this subject.”
I plead guilty- as charged.
My natural instincts concerning Obozo and his Commie friends are very very difficult to keep in check, and I have already seen some of the consequences. I had 2 e-mails frozen at the connection to Yahoo several months ago. Nothing in them were illegal, obscene, or inflamitory. But they were frozen and I received a message the next day stating that they were “being held for testing”. I e-mailed them back and asked “Testing for What and for Whom?” Of course I received not response.
And this was before the new administration was in place.
The only way I keep my composure is to remind myself that this is still Texas that I live in.
I'm from south east Mo. I believe I've heard it all. I once heard a black woman referred to as a "mare n*****", it wasn't said in a malicious tone of voice, just matter of factly.
Did he make any threats? If not, he didn't deserve a visit.
You DON'T threaten a judge with physical harm - period. Not even if they ARE an ass and base their decision on the latest edition of Mad Magazine.
That's why there's an appeal process.
Seems like that’s what people here and WND are doing—using the system to expose the corruption of the system.
He finished with his speculation on what "ought" to happen to the judge, a physical act not appropriate for a family-oriented report. A short time later, he said he found two U.S. marshals on his doorstep.
He told him to go f himself? maybe something worse, it isn't stated. I still don't see a threat of violence.
You assume. Or it could have been "You should be shot on sight!"
So, I guess you'd agree that there could have been a threat of violence, right?

I did not assume anything.
All the article saysd is, "He finished with his speculation on what "ought" to happen to the judge, a physical act not appropriate for a family-oriented report."
If it were a simple threat of violence the paper would have printed it. It sounds like he said something vulgar.
I don't rule out anything nor do I assume anything.
That was a pretty salty letter the guy wrote.
It isnt surprising he got a visit.

I agree. it isnt clear to me if he is an atorney or was pro se, but writing a letter like that to a federal judge is going to result in blowback of some type.

Threatening federal judges isn't a smart thing.
A brief search shows that WND handles profanity in their articles as such:
