the focus on the bonuses is not the place to be, it's only a diversion, were is the Trillions of dollars going, to foreign countries, thier leading you down a slippery slop like the pied piper.
Mind control, they put out what every the want you to focus on and they keeps you busy while they are bringing this country to its knees.
A call for Palosi,Barney Frank, Chris Dodd, Schumer,Waters and of course Harry Reid to be removed, I honestly don't think we are going to have much more time before there is
no stopping this Communist take over. Rahl Emanual needs to be removed from office and our White House he is an evil person, the DEVIL himself, he still lives in a child like world, he thinks he sees COWS JUMPING OVER HIS HOUSE, now it he must see them jumping over the White House since he has made it his second home.
We have a very dangerous secy. of State, Hitlary, and a dangerous secy.Treasury they have got to be removed now, sooner rather than later.
Lets flood the office of your Senator and Representative calling for the removal of these people now.

any that want to challenge this quietly in court will be able to get their funds back..

Not necessarily true. First, the cost to play through the Courts against the government is high, and second, many of the judges are now politicized.

This is an unconstitutional Bill of Attainder. It will be struck down by the Supremes, but it will provide cover against public outrage in the meanwhile.

Seems to me that this is a clear violation of the 14th Amendment.

“Bills of attainder, ex post facto laws, and laws impairing the obligations of contracts, are contrary to the first principles of the social compact, and to every principle of sound legislation. ... The sober people of America are weary of the fluctuating policy which has directed the public councils. They have seen with regret and indignation that sudden changes and legislative interferences, in cases affecting personal rights, become jobs in the hands of enterprising and influential speculators, and snares to the more-industrious and less-informed part of the community.” James Madison, Federalist Number 44, 1788.

Most bad government has grown out of too much government.

Our congress has stepped out of bounds. It no longer represents the United States. It represents the communist manifesto. Their actions are illegal.

This is a nifty bit of legislation. It would appear that the liability for the taxes might reach back to previous employees of such institutions since the current year is not listed in the article (maybe it is in the legislation). Could Jamie Gorelick have to pay a 90% tax on her $26 million received as Vice Chairman of FNMA from 1997 - 2003 ? And what about all of the others paid bonuses?

If Barney Frank was rightfully serving his time in JAIL for
CHILD PROSTITUTION perhaps thing wouldn't be as bad at they are. The criminals won't leave office, thanks to ACORN and OBOZO for election fraud they got control and the low life criminal Emanual that took over the White House is now about to give it up. Blago the former Illinois governor could possible come out of his mess a Hero if he tells the truth and brings down the low life Emanual, Hitlary, obozo and the rest of the scum that was involved in the selling of the Senate seats.

I just spoke with a staffer for my congresscritters office. He did not know how she would vote(Kilroy, 15th district, OH). I pushed him on whether she understood the US Constitution she pledged an oath to protect and affirm. He did not know and to the point did not know if the legislation about to be voted upon was constitutional or not.

No wonder our government is in shambles, they apparently are unaware of the constitutionality of proposed legislation....
