“Putin has given us...”

If so, what Putin “has given” Putin can take away. Silly child.

It has been said before that the problem wasn’t that the Russians were communists, but that the communists were Russians.
Can’t blame them for liking a man who slapped down much of the mafia, got inflation somewhat under control and knows exactly how to appeal to patriotism and longing for past empire.

I’ve always said, expecting the Russians to act any differently just because the controlling subset of the intelligentsia abandoned the economic tenets Marxism/Leninism is a fool’s hope. They love Ivan the Terrible, Peter the Great and many see Stalin as superior to Yeltsin much as FDR was a better leader than Carter in terms of giving meaning to the national sense of self esteem, if nothing else.

The comments at the paper were more informative than the article, pure ignorant hate.

I vote for the other Russian Maria, Maria Sharapova, better looking, better playing, more Western and probably pro American.

And she has that cute little doggie.

No offense to any very mature 20 somethings here, but most people at this age are still forming their political beliefs. Heck, I was a raging mad, “brain full of mush” liberal into my mid-twenties. I started paying taxes and then the Dhimmirats nominated Clinton, ending any respect I had for the party.

Let’s see where her beliefs are in her 30s when she has actually experienced some adult life and matured a bit.

BTW - Other than being attractive females, this little girl and Sarah Palin have NOTHING in common.

The liberal media never misses an opportunity to try and smear Sarah. They must have nightmares of being hunted by Sarah in ANWR and not have anywhere to hide on the tundra. Bet they wish there were a few pipelines and oil platforms now to hide under. ;->

The sadly ironic thing is . . .

If this girl were running as the VP candidate in America for a certain party, she’d never have had to deal with the abuse that Sarah Palin took.

She’d be celebrated.

If that’s her then definitely not Guilty. However, if she is a Russian Sarah she must be for individual freedom and capitalism. Bet she is not.
