Rep. Bill Posey, R-Florida, introduced legislation this week requiring candidates to produce a birth certificate to be eligible to run in future presidential elections, triggering a sharp reaction from Democrats who accused him of "questioning President Obama's citizenship." Posey submitted a bill with no fanfare Thursday that instructs the Federal Election Campaign Act of 1971 to be amended to add the birth certificate requirement. The Constitution requires that a president or a vice president be "a natural born citizen." Read: Posey's bill During the presidential campaign, some people — mostly Republicans — questioned whether Obama, who was born in Hawaii, was a U.S. citizen. Obama's mother was a U.S. citizen, while his father was from Kenya. Obama produced a certified copy of his birth certificate from the Hawaii Department of Health, but critics argued that it was a fake or had been altered. The Supreme Court has turned down several requests that it hear challenges to the president's citizenship. "Opponents of President Bush used the 2000 election results and the court decisions to question the legitimacy of President Bush to serve as President," Posey said in a statement. "Opponents of President Obama are raising the birth certificate issue as a means of questioning his eligibility to serve as president. Neither of these situations are healthy for our Republic. "This bill, by simply requiring such documentation for future candidates for President will remove this issue as a reason for questioning the legitimacy of a candidate elected as President." Posey spokesman George Cecala emphasized several times to CNN that the congressman was "not trying to fan the flames" of the Obama citizenship dust-up nor was he "trying to jab someone in the eye." Instead, Posey was "just trying to clarify the law,"

A "certificate of live birth" is not a "birth certificate" of a natural born American. This has already been discussed ad nauseum for anyone who cared to listen.

IF the state of "Hawaii" issued CommieBama the COLB to post on the internet, AND, if it is real, THEN why has the Governor of Hawaii SEALED it? We've already seen it, HAVEN'T WE?

This whole citizenship thing stinks to high heaven of fraud, and treason. I hope it comes raining down and takes everyone involved in the coverup with it, including the Governor of Hawaii.

The dems tried their best to throw Bush out as an "illegal winner" of the election, even though the dems were caught several times trying to rig the election and double count hanging "chads". The difference is, Bush's win is provable and documented...also declared by both the Florida and Federal Supremes.

Obama posts a COLB that could have been produced in Microsoft Word, and everyone is shivering in their EEO boots about questioning it.

what also says something is that there have been what, 13 or more cases brought before judges... and every single one was not allowed to be heard and dismissed outright. this is also very suspicious

I’M STRONGLY FOR IT.

However, a huge hunch convinces me pretty overwhelmingly that . . .

the oligarchy does not plan on there being another election.

IF they tolerate one at the end of OThuga’s 4 years—which I strongly doubt they will—I think they are planning on crashing things wholesale and implementing martial law quite before that—IF they allowed one in 4 years, I’m fairly certain another 4 years would NOT go by without things being super dramatically changed in the USA wholesale but also world wide wholesale.

I just do not feel in my bones that we are going to have another even CHARADE of an election. And, I reluctantly now believe as I never have quite allowed myself to believe before . . . regardless of all the evidence 45+ years of study had produced . . . I just didn’t want to believe that ALL the elections have been charades, distractions, manipulations.

The long Alex Jones video about OTHUGA’S DECEPTIONS kind of puts the icing on the cake . . . I know, Alex is a character. Nevertheless, he’s done a LOT more solid research than I have and he happens to be quite accurate on a long list of things. A lot of what he shows has been in the public domain a long time.
