A "certificate of live birth" is not a "birth certificate" of a natural born American. This has already been discussed ad nauseum for anyone who cared to listen.

This whole citizenship thing stinks to high heaven of fraud, and treason. I hope it comes raining down and takes everyone involved in the coverup with it, including the Governor of Hawaii.

The dems tried their best to throw Bush out as an "illegal winner" of the election, even though the dems were caught several times trying to rig the election and double count hanging "chads". The difference is, Bush's win is provable and documented...also declared by both the Florida and Federal Supremes.

Yes it is, It's the form filled out, usually at and by the hospital but not necessarily so, and signed by a parent, usually the mother, a witness, usually the attending doctor or nurse midwife, and the hospital registar for a hospital birth. However, a "Certification" of live birth is not, which is what the image posted purports to be, is merely an abstract of some of the information from the "certificate", but probably not enough to determine "natural born" status.

The governor hasn't sealed anything. You need to get your facts straight before shooting your mouth off.

The birthers have made up a lot of things and passing them off as "facts," when they are, in fact, false. The above is but one example.

That's a good question, have we seen it?

However, she didn't really *Seal* it, except to the extent that all such documents are "sealed". Hawaiian law does not allow release of either a Certification of Live Birth, or a Certificate of Live Birth (or either of the other two sorts of "Birth Certificates" they have) to anyone but the person themselves, or a limited set of close relatives, without a court order that is.
